A cents EUR cents Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, conducting, and maintaining records for all training programs.
A cents EUR cents Develop training to include, but not limited to, refrigerant cycle, test setup processes, facility operation, refrigerant handling, rigging/lifting, forklift training, aerial lift training, and a general understanding of Test Lab processes.
A cents EUR cents Establish processes and tools to maintain current employee training records, skills matrices, and training plans, with a focus on electronic/digital management.
A cents EUR cents Conduct/support new hire orientation training.
A cents EUR cents Provide new hires with study materials and administer monthly testing.
This will likely involve sourcing relevant material to replacing existing course training books.
A cents EUR cents Provide trainee evaluations throughout the 2-year training program based on operator, trainer, and lab staff evaluations.
A cents EUR cents Support cross training targets/initiatives working closely with operations management to coordinate upcoming training to support lab operations.
A cents EUR cents Support continuous improvement activities to implement best practices and training where applicable to Test Lab Operators throughout the labSkillsets:
A cents EUR cents Associate degree in Education, Training, or other related area A cents EUR cents Significant work experience as a Technical Trainer? Training Facilitator or similar role A cents EUR cents Familiarity with industrial HVAC/Chiller systems and refrigerant handlingA cents EUR cents Experience in HVAC test labs, thermodynamics, refrigerant properties and psychrometric studiesA cents EUR cents Knowledge in controls like PID, PLC, HMI and LabviewA cents EUR cents Knowledge in AHRI, DOE, DFMEAA cents EUR cents Highly effective interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
