General Labor/Maintenance Assistant

o Day to Day o Performs general labor work as assigned including loading, unloading and moving materials. Runs errands to support projects. o Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps. o Maintains grounds of facility or property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal. o Patrols grounds, common areas and parking facilities. Identifies and reports maintenance hazards or other property condition concerns. o Performs housekeeping functions and maintains the professional appearances of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas. o Paints and patches drywall. o Years' Experience 1
o Education High School Diploma o Top Must have o Ability to perform duties on own and self-manage. o Proficiency in using mobile applications-internal (good understanding of tech) o CMMS WO based system-will be used daily and individual will be required to use after being trained o Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. o Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. o Ability to solve problems in standard situations. o Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook Job Contract 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Rotating shift Work In person Recommended Skills Housekeeping Lighting Maintenance Memos Microsoft Outlook Mobile Application Software Apply to this job.
