Director, Account Management

TBB Global Logistics, a leader in global supply chain management since 1946, has a unique opportunity for a Director, Account Management to lead our talented team! The Director will manage a team of experienced and knowledgeable account managers in growing and supporting our existing client base. This role serves as the key catalyst in driving value-added supply chain services through to our existing clients as well as on-boarding activities for newly signed business. This position is based in our corporate headquarters in New Freedom, PA and works directly under our Senior Vice President, Operations. This is a highly visible position and plays a vital role in our growing company!
Responsibilities include:
Oversee client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities and service enhancements.
Ensure that team members analyze and understand all aspects of assigned clients, their strategies, and markets and industries to provide high level service.
Maintain overall responsibility for continuous improvement project leadership.
Develop and maintain statements of work and client profile data.
Perform corrective action management, from capture to closure.
Lead periodic client business reviews.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete on-boarding of new clients.
Ensure that the account managers communicate to clients proactively, professionally, and strategically.
Oversee profit and loss reporting for all assigned accounts.
Ensure that team members meet goals, targets, and strategic objectives for assigned accounts.
Represent the company in an effective and professional manner to clients and prospective clients.
Desired Skills and
Experience:
At least 5 years of account management experience, preferably in a service provider environment or business process outsourcing.
At least 3 years of supervisory and management experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related business field.
Experience with Myers-Briggs or LAMP training and implementation.
Extensive experience with corrective action management, from capture to closure.
Experience managing growth and profit enhancement plans.
Able to work collaboratively with adjacent departments.
Able to design and effectively implement programs and recommendations, communicating clearly to all involved parties.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with the flexibility to meet changing priorities.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sales acumen and understanding and awareness of enterprise profit and loss.
Demonstrated command of MS Excel, preferably with pivot, vlookup and concatenate functions.
Able to travel locally on occasion.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
